At City Rand College, exercise is divided into:
Gymnastics, dancing, swimming, athletics, and P.E
Lessons in games include basic ball-handling, hockey, rugby, football, netball, cricket, rounders, and tennis.
Football, rugby, netball, rounders, athletics, tennis, swimming, judo, and dance are examples of extracurricular activities.
