OUTDOOR EDUCATION
Outdoor education is a method of instruction that includes both adventurous pursuits and environmental research. It covers all education, social growth, and skill development related to surviving, exploring, and traveling outside.
At City Rand College, we are incredibly fortunate to have large, lovely grounds where our students can play, learn, and explore. Building dens, practicing environmental conservation, learning how to build and cook over fires, and engaging in freely chosen play are just a few of the many outdoor education activities we offer to encourage our kids to enjoy the outdoors.
Children at City Rand College have access to a variety of after-school outdoor groups where they can further their skill development and learn teamwork while having fun in the great outdoors!
